By definition a basement is generally regarded as a dry area used as rooms or storage and a cellar is a damp area where you store wine or coal etc.

Are basements not dark places?
No, we can introduce natural light with the additions of lightwells, sun tubes and even external doors leading to courtyards with steps.

Can we have external access?
Yes we can create external steps from your basement and open up access into a yard or garden.

What if I have no drainage at that level?
We can install systems to take waste from sinks baths, toilets etc away to the mains drainage

What if I have running water/a flooded cellar  beneath my property?
We have systems that will deal with this sort of problem.
