Dryspace Maintain offer a full Building service, this may seem a little odd at first, but when you think about it it makes good sense. During our Damp-proofing, Rot and Woodworm operations we have to remove and re-fit bathrooms, kitchens, plaster and skirting boards, we even have to re-build walls and openings where Damp, Worm and Rot have caused problems with timber lintels etc. In fact, not only do we Build, we also take care of any underlying problems before we Build.

So if you are in need of building works does it not make sense to use a company that not only needs to have a specialist and in depth knowledge of buildings and methods of construction, but also knows how to prevent problems occurring in the first place.

Conversions, refurbishments and remodelling

Many of our customers are now opting to buy old and derelict or sadly neglected properties at knock down prices and simply instruct us to put them right, ironing out all the problems as we go and ending up with a fantastic fully refurbished property, with new kitchens, bathrooms, en-suites and the layout exactly as they want it, having a first class finish and decorated to their exact requirements. Design and Build

We offer a full design and build service with our own in house design and CAD (computer aided design) team who will do everything for you, they will sit down with you, listen to your ideas and bring them to life, produce drawings and obtain planning permission on your behalf. Our designers can integrate the old with the new for extensions and refurbishments and will work on domestic and commercial projects.

Larger Jobs

On larger jobs we can provide you with a dedicated project manager who will run your project from start to finish, he will be your point of contact and will be on site every day to keep on top of progress and direct the tradesmen.

Smaller Jobs

We have a team of trained Handymen who cover smaller jobs, things such as tap washers, freeing up sticking doors, plumbing in washing machines or tumble dryers. painting, making good and any other small job you require. We generally class a small job as something that can be completed from a couple of hours to a couple of days. Our handymen are also used on our larger jobs, they do the finishing off after installations and assist with snagging etc. They also go out to cover customer care calls and any guarantee work.

We use computerised estimating systems that can provide accurate pricing right down to the last nail, these systems schedule the work order the materials and give start and completion dates. This enables us to accurately track your project from start to finish.
